Christina (Tina) Langdon, ED.D., has dedicated her career to educational leadership, organizational improvement, and building high-performing organizations where people thrive. Her background spans executive leadership, strategic planning, business development, marketing, grant strategy, and learning & development.

As CEO of Coaches' Box, Tina leads the company's overall strategy, financial management, investor relations, and organizational growth. Her deep understanding of how people learn drives the educational philosophy embedded in every product Coaches' Box creates.

Tina's vision for Coaches' Box extends beyond software. She is building a leadership organization that uses technology to strengthen the coaching profession for generations.

David Langdon

Co-Founder & Chief Football Strategy Officer

David Langdon brings years of football coaching experience to Coaches' Box, including firsthand knowledge of the challenges coaches face every day. He has experienced the long hours, countless planning sessions, and constant effort required to build successful athletic programs while investing in young athletes.

As Chief Football Strategy Officer, David leads all football operations, product development, and coaching curriculum. He translates real coaching challenges into product solutions, ensuring that everything Coaches' Box builds solves genuine, everyday problems coaches face on the field.

David's connection to the coaching community is central to the company's product vision and go-to-market strategy, serving as both advisor and ambassador to coaches at every level.
